As Interplast Kimya, we produce many raw materials you need for the polyurethane Glove industry!
Our Polyurethanes, Additives and Pigment Pastes in Anex PU Glove Collection are developed by our R&D Center specially for PU Glove production.
Different kinds of materials are used in our gloves to create maximal performance and protection. Polyurethane gloves are suitable for use as work gloves. Polyurethane gloves have high abrasion resistance, high elasticity and non-slip surfaces. These gloves grip well without being sticky and have good tensile strength and abrasion resistance. It is available in our range of polyurethane gloves that can be used on touch screens. Especially in many industrial branches where automation processes are dominant, the use of touch screens with coated gloves brings the need for high conductivity values.
Our Solutions for PU Glove:
Before the material is cured, Interplast Chemistry R&D Center developed polyurethanes with conductive properties that spread homogeneously throughout the polyurethane mixture in a controlled environment and presented them to the glove coating process.
The developed conductive polyurethanes are ideal for dissipating static build-up or dissipating an electrical charge. Thanks to this feature, phones, tablets, PLC screens, etc. created by touch screens. The use of electronic devices becomes suitable for use with WETANEX GL 5030 / 25 polyurethane coated glove products.
Polyurethane coated gloves; Along with providing high grip, resistance to abrasion, preventing sweating by providing 360-degree ventilation, high holding and grip values due to its flexible properties;
- Microporous elastomeric structure providing 360 degree air intake,
- Excellent grip with highly flexible and elastic properties,
- Does not contain latex protein,
- Clean – impermeable to particles like other polymers,
- High resistance to abrasion,
- High resistance to oil,
- Does not harden in cold,
- It does not soften in the heat,
- Excellent perspiration prevention thanks to porous ventilation,
With Wetanex series polyurethanes and Colanex W series pigment pastes developed by Interplast Chemistry R&D Center;
- Silicone-free,
- Does not contain heavy metals,
- Phthalate-free,
- PAH, MAK etc. It offers a solution for the production of polyurethane coated gloves that do not contain prohibited chemicals.
