GENERAL EXPLANATIONS
The right to request information regarding the processing of personal data in Article 11 of the KVK Law, defined as the personal data owner (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”) in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as “KVK Law”) has been recognized.
In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law; Applications regarding these rights to our Company, which is the data controller, must be submitted to us in writing or by the methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”).
In this context, applications to be made to our Company in “written” form, by printing out this form;
By the applicant’s personal application
through a notary,
It can be forwarded to us by being signed by the Applicant with the “secure electronic signature” defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and sent to the Company’s registered e-mail address.
Below, information regarding how written applications will be delivered to us, specific to the written application channels, is given.

Via Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) kimtekskimya@hs01.kep.tr The subject section of the electronic mail will be written “Information Request on the Protection of Personal Data”.
In addition, after the announcement of the other warning to be determined by the Board, the Company will announce how the applications will be received through this guidance.
Your applications submitted to us will be answered within thirty days from the final point of your request, according to the results of the requirements, in accordance with the second paragraph of the 13th article of the KVK Law. Our answers will be sent to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the relevant KVK Law.
